Come south to stay in our comfortable condo and enjoy the gorgeous weather! There is $99 per stay fee that is applied towards damage protection insurance to protect you up to $5,000, so no "refundable" deposit is needed upon booking. Must book in monthly increments from November thru March and 30 day increments otherwise (per our HOA). If we have an open month, we can rent for a minimum of 7 days in that month, but will block out the remainder of the month.
