Listing price is based on 2 adults sharing 1 x double room however an extra single bedroom is available at an additional cost - please contact me for details. The space You enter the porch into an open fully equiped kitchen & Dining area with Aga also a Gas Cooker & the kitchen is Sous Vide equipped. There is a Central Island with Dishwashher and Wine Fridge along with fully stocked Pantry that hides a washer Dryer. The dining area has a large Yotul Wood burner and a central Oak table seating 6 persons comfortably. In Summer you can eat outsde and there is garden furniture again seating 6. Moving through the property into the Snug Oak Beamed Lounge with large open Inglenook fireplce with French Spit Roaster and other toys. Leading off the lounge quirky winding staircase leads to a landing and a Lime Stone Mosiac and Matki Shower Bathroom & Toilet Suite. This leads into a smaller single bedroom and continuing up a few stairs to the main guest double bedroom where you will wish to sleep for ever if you have had a few wines and have eaten well..! The master Bedroom & Ensuite bathroom is further along the corridor and and is only availble if a private hire has been negotiated for the whole property. The ensuite has a spectlar Chromatherapy ripple Bath..!! Hard to get out of !! NB:There are additional drying facilities and an airing cupbardd located off the master bathroom. Guest access Guest's can access all parts of the property with the exception of the Master Bedroom and ensuite unless previously agreed ..!! During your stay I will be available to offer assistance throughout out your stay and will be respectful of any prerequisite personal requirements or preferences that you may have. I am am an excellent cook and include continental breakfast in the price paid. A full English Breakfast can be provided at a small additional cost - payable direct. Other things to note There is parking for up to 4 Cars in the driveway. Traditional English Breakfast or a Continental Breakfast can be provided and pending on the specifics of your request a price can be agreed. Also applies to pack lunches that can be agreed with the host. The same goes for any special requests wine perhaps champagne on arrival? birthday cake? you name it..!!!
