Home in Muncie

Come stay at this fun retreat and enjoy shopping and restaurants in any direction you go. This home is located across from the Delaware County Fair grounds in a very quiet neighborhood centrally located in Muncie sitting very close to Ball State University and IU Hospital and if you like to bike ride, Cardinal Greenway bike trail is very close by. Enjoy the many games provided for all age groups along with some grilling out , corn hole games and enjoy some hot tub time under the stars. The space There is also my first Airbnb rental called the lodge Garage located behind the Milton house that can also be rented if it is available for four more guests max, you can message me and I can let you know if it's available for your dates provided. Guest access You have access to the entire property. Big driveway for guests to park. Plus free parking along the street. It is a shared driveway with my other rental called the lodge ,It’s the other building you see in pictures . Lodge parking is on the gravel, Milton house on the concrete. Lodge can exit out from the back alley. Other things to note We really like to know how many people and how many cars will be coming so I can accommodate both places with ease. The lodge garage we would like for people to park beside it on the gravel. You can park up to three cars beside each other there. The Milton house we would like our guests to park on the concrete. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation since there are two Airbnb’s on one property. It also helps me to let each guest know that is booked that there might be people in the other one. Also the Milton house is up to 12 people. If it’s over 10 we charge an additional 20 dollars per person per night. Before you book I can add the charge if you just let me know before hand.
