This beautiful flat at the HOTEL SAINT MORITZ in downtown Brasilia, on the 12th floor, has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Esplanada dos Ministérios and is located next to the Conjunto Nacional Shopping Mall. You will have a comfortable room equipped with basic kitchen items and other leisure spaces that the hotel offers [such as: outdoor pool (under maintenance), gym, etc.]. Enjoy the view and convenience of the quiet, well-located place. The space In the environment you will find: Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, water filter, electric cooker (rice cooker 1.3L), blender, complete dishes, cutlery, BASIC kitchen ITEMS, sandwich maker, electric kettle to heat water), digital wall clock with alarm and temperature, PVC basket for organic waste in the sink, dry waste can with 20L stainless steel lid. THERE IS NO STOVE (gas or electric). Place to use a laptop and read (table lamp to direct lighting). Wi-Fi and 55-inch LG smartTV with digital open channels available. Double bed with bedding that is always clean and fragrant, large wardrobe (with hangers), hairdryer, split air conditioning, luggage rack (padded), vertical hanger (coat rack), dining table with chairs and a cozy armchair in an exclusive space for work. Shower with great showerhead and manual temperature adjustment (mixing with cold water), towels, basic hygiene items (soap and toilet paper). Parking space: must be booked separately, value and availability must be consulted with the host. Guest access The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day. Upon arrival, identify yourself, receive/take the unit access card. Other things to note Breakfast is paid according to use (rooftop restaurant). The hotel kitchen is also available on demand (own menu). On the ground floor of the Hotel and in the vicinity of the building, there are at least two options for breakfast and lunch. On the third basement level, there is a "self-service" laundry room that is accessed through an app (with washing and drying machines). Check the value per cycle on site for both washing and drying. In the vicinity of the hotel there is a laundry with service. Use of the jacuzzi and TV room must be pre-booked at the hotel reception. For the jacuzzi, a fee is charged at the reception desk (for use of 1h30min), check the amount and the rules of use at the reception (30514001). The flat is not linked to the hotel's parking space, but if you want a space in the building's basement, it must be booked/rented separately, consult the host for information.
