Welcome! Nestled in a quiet historic block of identical rowhouses, our guest suite is ideal for 1-2 people looking for a comfortable stay in this up-and-coming NYC neighborhood. The renovated space includes a private sleeping area with a queen-sized bed, private bathroom and, per NYC short term-rental regulations, living space shared with the hosts. We are in close proximity to restaurants, shops and bars, and a 10 minute walk to the M and L subway lines with service to Brooklyn and Manhattan. The space This is a spacious, recently-renovated apartment on the first floor of a historic brick rowhouse in Ridgewood. The space includes a queen-sized bed, a living area with a couch and TV, a dining area, a large kitchen, and a bathroom. Please note, we (the hosts) occupy the floor upstairs and have two small children, so footsteps and play sounds may be heard outside of quiet hours!
