Located along OH-179 only 2 miles from SR 30 for convenient access to Ashland, Mansfield, Wooster, and Mohican and only minutes from Ashland University, Mohican State Park, Charles Mill Lake & Pleasant Hill Lake. The space The master suite is a large room with a King Bed, 58” TV, attached bathroom and walk-in closet. Room 2 is a larger room with a queen bed, room 1 is a smaller room also with a queen bed. The office/den has a nice pullout sofa bed. There is a dedicated workspace with and desk, lots of windows, and nice views of the backyard. The single-car garage is available for you to use if you wish to get out of the rain or snow and additional parking is available in front. Guest access The front door has a Schlage smart lock which will be programmed with the last 4 digits of your phone number for access. The whole house, garage and backyard are here for you to use except for one storage room in the basement which will be locked. You'll have the whole place to yourself including the patio with fire pit and new gas grill outside. Other things to note We want to make your stay comfortable and convenient.
