It's equipped with a king size bed, dresser for clothes and a spacious closet. Each bedside table has a sound machine and versatile charger that has USB ports and A/C outlets for your convenience. A new smart TV with basic cable and streaming capabilities will provide a fun movie night. You won't be disappointed with the second and third bedrooms. Each room has a spacious king size bed, chargers with USB ports/ AC outlets, sound machines to lull you to sleep and a flat screen TV with streaming abilities so you won't miss your favorite shows. As the host, you can feel confident that your family and friends will feel cozy and comfortable. This beach home has 1 roomy, full bathroom with a shower and a half bath. Bath and beach towels are provided. There is also a washer and dryer. Outdoor Amenities: The private backyard, with its new pavers, is the perfect setting to BBQ after renting bicycles at Jungle Surf Rentals. A picnic table will have your family enjoying the setting sun and the fire pit will create the perfect ambiance. The jacuzzi is brand new and will relax you for a good night's sleep. Beach chairs, kids' sand toys, BBQ tools, and beach foldable cart are all included. Contactless key cod entry, self-check-in and off-street parking. Please remember this is a family friendly neighborhood, so no loud noises outside after 11pm. Location: Seaskies is located 2 blocks to the beach.
