This cabin is ideal for 4–5 guests. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 a queen, and the living-room sofa bed (full size) comfortably takes a fifth guest — a sixth is welcome, just cozier. Two full bathrooms mean everyone gets ready for the slopes without a queue — rare for a Big Bear cabin this size. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking — plus a BBQ on the deck for summer grilling. In-unit washer and dryer for wet ski gear, three smart TVs, fast wifi (100+ Mbps), and central A/C for warm summer afternoons — rarer in Big Bear than you'd think. The backyard is fully fenced and private — kids roam safely while the grown-ups claim the hot tub. Winter: Snow Summit 5.7 mi · Bear Mountain 6 mi · Big Bear Snow Play (tubing, kids' favorite) 2.2 mi. Come home, hang the gear, hit the hot tub. Summer: the lake and the Village are ~2 miles — boat rentals, alpine slide, hiking trailheads, and dinner without a long drive. Included with every stay: a stocked coffee station (pods), a shelf of board games, and all linens and towels — no surprises, no rental fees. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, deck, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, and fenced backyard are yours. Available supplies for guests will be located in the bottom right cabinet in the kitchen (left to the refrigerator). 3 cars can park in front of the house. Street parking is NOT ALLOWED due to plowing in the winter time. 1 additional car (MAX HEIGHT 5 ft) can park under sloped overhang. Please watch the height. Secure keyless entry with exterior facing cameras for security and to verify guest counts. Other things to note NO smoking allowed within the property. Big Bear is a fire hazard zone. Mountain honesty, so you can plan: in winter, chain requirements are often in effect on the mountain roads when it snows — check Caltrans before you drive up and carry chains. Our driveway itself is flat and easy. Big Bear sits at ~6,750 ft — bring layers and drink extra water your first day. The fire pit and fireplace are gas: instant ambiance, but no cooking or roasting over the fire pit, please — it damages the burners The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled before every stay — soak with confidence.
