The north patio is covered and has two chairs and a couch with views of the mountain. Stroll up the stairs to the back gate and access the Thunderbird trailhead right from your backyard. The west side of the yard has a gated entrance to the pool area. Here you will find the heated saltwater pool and spa. This home requires an additional pool heat deposit from October through April***, a table with four chairs and an umbrella, four chaise lounge chairs, two with a large umbrella over them, a built-in gas grill and a fire pit with a semi-circular bench around it. The pool equipment is operated simply from an iPod remote control in the house.
