The house is 1.2 km from downtown Gramado and the best restaurants. Access is via 2 fully paved scenic roads. For your convenience, we offer firewood for the first use and other amenities. Daily maid service can also be included in the price of the stay if you are interested. Guest access The house is on a 5-hectare property with other old houses, each with its own privacy, forming a village, a large green area with a lake, river, waterfall, vineyard and animals such as sheep, ducks, geese, cats and dogs. Other things to note On the property we have river that cuts the land, animals: sheep, ducks, chickens, dogs and cats. We are located 1.2 km from the center of Gramado accessed by asphalted scenic roads in the middle of the native forest. In the house we leave some amenites such as the first firewood, however they can purchase additional firewood if they wish. Pets are welcome, we have an extra fee for a pet kit and also a special cleaning at the exit, we have some rules that will be informed after your reservation or if you wish just ask in the query before your reservation. The house accommodates 2 adults in a king-size bed, and can accommodate up to 1 child in an extra bed under 1 year old or over 12 years old.
