You are 5 minutes from downtown Lander and 15 minutes from Sinks Canyon. This property features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, upstairs living room and downstairs living/game room. Recently renovated in 2021-2022! The space Upon arriving, you will go upstairs to the main entry. You can enter with the provided key code. You will enter between the kitchen and dining room. Upstairs is the main living area with living, dining, and kitchen, as well as, primary and secondary bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The interior stairs leading downstairs is located in the kitchen. At the bottom of the stairs on the right, is the laundry room, which you may use. We have provided supplies for your use, if needed. Downstairs has been setup to use a a second living room/game room. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms, as well as, second bathroom are also located downstairs. Across from the shuffle board table is a wet bar area., which includes a beverage fridge and sink for your convenience and games are located in the cabinets. You can use either the upstairs or downstairs doors to enter the house, using the same code. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, with exception to the garage and locked owner's closet. Other things to note If looking to stay during snowy/icy months, we recommend that you have an all wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle to drive up the ridge.
