The stunning views are accessible from both inside and outside the house. Air-conditioning and fans maximise comfort during the summer months and there is a modern wood stove burner and heaters for the cooler months to warm the whole house. Some wood is provided for the wood stove for each guest with other firewood available for purchase locally. Big yard and landscaped gardens, exclusive use of the fabulous in-ground lagoon style swimming pool, numerous covered areas, providing for all relaxation choices. Large outdoor area including gazebo and private deck off the living room with stunning views to the coast. Raised outdoor fire pit great for enjoying the fantastic view and roasting marshmallows. Kitchen is fully equipped with separate fridge & freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and appliances. Oil, salt, pepper and other basics are provided to get you started. Big selection of board games, outdoor games, books and puzzles (for adults and kids!) to enjoy during their stay including a brand new ping pong table. Ensuite in the master bedroom. All beds dressed with luxurious 5 star hotel quality linen. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have Queen size beds and Bedroom 3 has 2 King Single size beds. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Will need a vehicle to get around the neighbourhood. Plenty of parking available including a single garage. Pets considered on application only although the property is not fully fenced. This will incur an additional $60 pet fee. We ask that you please clean up after them thoroughly. This includes inside and outside areas. Please keep your pets off the furniture and especially off the beds. It can often be hard to get animal smells out of the sheets and we want to be able to keep offering pet availability to future guests with fresh linen. Should these rules not be followed you will be charged an additional $200 cleaning fee. Other things to note Pool is open 1 September to 30 April (closed 1 May to 31 August) and out of courtesy to the neighbours there is no swimming permitted after 8pm. Please also note that the property is not fully fenced, so not suitable for any pets that required a fenced off area.
