New, Comfy & Very Central Studio

A brand new studio few steps away from the famous Great Synagogue! Thanks to its excellent location, it is easy to reach most tourist attractions, such as St. Stephen's Basilica, the beautiful riverside or the Parliament. This small but cozy one-room studio is perfectly designed: TV, air conditioning, kitchenette and bathroom for your complete comfort. The cool neighborhood has plenty of restaurants, pubs, nice shops and cafes. The metro station is a 2-minute walk away. The space About the apartment Enter a classic building and feel the tranquility. Our studio is located on the first floor. We are renting 6 studios within the apartment, they are all seperated but has a common area with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and decorated with new furniture. The bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV and air conditioning. The studio has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The studio also has an equipped kitchenette. Easy access to sights and attractions: - The Great Synagogue, which is the biggest of its kind in Europe, is next to our building - The prestigious Andrássy avenue with exclusive shops is just within walking distance. - St. Stephen's Basilica and Chain bridge are 15-20 mins away on foot. - You can also easily get to Széchenyi Spa to enjoy thermal water pools. - The Giant Wheel is 10 minutes walk away. - The apartment is in the centre of the famous "ruin pub" district. You will find several pubs nearby offering music, drinks and snacks. Other things to note In an attempt to make your stay great and special, here’s a couple of things you can expect from us: - We can help you with fixed-priced airport transfers, please ask us about the details. We are also happy to help with recommendations regarding restaurants, sightseeing, things to do, etc. - An initial set of bedding and towels are provided according to the number of guests. There is no daily cleaning or maid service. - Check in till 11pm. If you arrive later than 11pm, please ask us about self check in options. - After 11pm we have limited or no availability and we don’t have 0-24 reception. If you are unsure about how the check in works or have other questions about your stay, please contact us before 11pm. - We aim to answer your queries, questions and messages quickly (our average response time is around 30 minutes, which is among the fastest on Airbnb). It doesn’t mean we are always able to answer you within a couple of minutes.
