We have augmented our already industry-leading cleaning and disinfecting protocol to put our guests at ease. We have outfitted our cleaning crews with EPA-recommended household disinfectants to prevent the spreading of viruses and bacteria. You’ll have your own space to unwind, unplug and escape the day's news. Denver-based Highline Management professionally manages our listing to facilitate an excellent guest experience. Guest access Our guests will have access to the apartment, including the patio. The apartment is an accessory dwelling unit above a newly constructed detached garage. We offer self-check-in for maximum independence and privacy. You will have access to a rear parking pad and plenty of street parking during your stay. Other things to note • Please make sure your pet is on a leash while entering and exiting the property. There is a friendly dog that lives on site full time. • DOG RULES - MAX of 2 dogs allowed; there is a $100 pet fee per dog, and you will be liable for damages. Please inquire with us for more details before booking. Keep pets off of the beds and furniture. Yard cleanup - Please pick up after your pet by disposing of any waste into the trash bin before you checkout from the property. A $50 fee will be incurred if the yard is not picked up. If an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $1000 fine will be incurred. • This is a non-smoking, non-vaping home! We appreciate that some of our guests may wish to indulge in some of Colorado’s herbal offerings, but this is not the place. If this policy is violated, an odor fee will be added to your reservation.
