Guest access Our guests will have access to the apartment, including the patio. The apartment is an accessory dwelling unit above a newly constructed detached garage. We offer self-check-in for maximum independence and privacy. You will have access to a rear parking pad and plenty of street parking during your stay. Other things to note • Please make sure your pet is on a leash while entering and exiting the property. There is a friendly dog that lives on site full time. • DOG RULES - MAX of 2 dogs allowed; there is a $100 pet fee per dog, and you will be liable for damages. Please inquire with us for more details before booking. Keep pets off of the beds and furniture. Yard cleanup - Please pick up after your pet by disposing of any waste into the trash bin before you checkout from the property. A $50 fee will be incurred if the yard is not picked up. If an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $1000 fine will be incurred. • This is a non-smoking, non-vaping home!
