Wake up to the melodious chirps of birds and the subtle breeze flowing in through this blissfully-ventilated home as you enjoy a warm cup of espresso by the fireplace. To that effect, we provide: - Generator, inverter, heater - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch, washing machine - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, bar, bonfire - Fireplace, gazebo - Secured parking space for up to 5 cars This is neither a wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - Embellished with charming and comfortable furnishings, there are 3 bedrooms at this cottage - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - Each of these bedrooms is decked with a myriad of amenities such as a comfortable bed with warm and cosy linen spreads, a heater, electric kettles, and a beautiful mountain view. - 1 bedroom on the first floor is equipped with twin beds. All the other rooms offer a king-sized bed. - Extra mattresses can be provided in 2 rooms, on request. - The bedrooms open up to a spacious balcony offering quaint seating spaces to enjoy a fresh morning brew. - All the bedrooms are equipped with a spacious ensuite bathroom. - Please note that there are a total of 5 bedrooms out of which guests can access only 3 bedrooms. BATHROOMS - There are 3 ensuite bathrooms at this villa. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - As you enter through the blissful lawns and serene facade, you will set foot into the warm and cosy living room with a fireplace that is perfect for seating a group of 12. - This heater-equipped living space features a music system, and a TV and it opens up to a balcony with a view that will soak your soul in solitude. - The balcony can easily accommodate up to 14 people and is the perfect viewing deck to enjoy the views of mesmerising Chail as you enjoy a warm cup of tea. - There is an additional dining space that can comfortably seat up to 8 people. - The lawn features a quaint gazebo, a perfect place to relish a scrumptious barbeque meal or enjoy a fun-filled bonfire session. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. FOOD - All meals can be provided in-house on an a la carte basis. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to their rooms and common areas except for the kitchen and outhouse. Common areas may be shared. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 1500, inclusive of meals. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can snuggle up by the fireplace in the lounge area. A bonfire can be lit up on the quaint lawn as the guests relish a hearty barbeque meal by the fire. If outdoors are not your favourite place to lounge around, feel free to relax in your cosy suites. Guests can take a peaceful walk by the garden or around the property & embrace the beauty of the mountains of Chail. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per session. - Laundry services can be availed at no additional cost. - Guests may use the gazebo at no additional cost. - Light up the cosy fireplace at an additional cost. - Bonfire setup can be availed at an extra cost of Rs. 1500 per session. - Guests can play at the badminton court at no additional cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There are a total of 5 bedrooms at the property, out of which guests only have access to 3 rooms. - Please be advised that the final 3 kilometers leading to the property are on a rough terrain road. - Please note that there may be other guests at the property apart from your group. Common areas may be shared. - Please note that the location of this villa is secluded. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours. Additionally, a generator can support all appliances for 24 hours. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
