At Amstel (A) with private bathroom and parking

On the Amstel, for those who love peace and a good base to take trips, discover the city of Amsterdam or go towards Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. Free parking in our garden. Location within the ring of Amsterdam (Rivierenbuurt). There are 2 rooms for rent (each for 2 people, Room A and B). This advertisement is for Room A, on the ground floor. We have simple bikes only, best to use to bike to subway/tram station (5 mins) and take subway to center (5 mins). The space 2 separate lockable rooms: one on the ground floor, one on the first floor, each connected to its own private bathroom. Both double rooms are visible in the photos. If you want to come with 3 or 4 people, you must book two listings (depending on availability). Guest access There is a large open living room with open kitchen, which are accessible. During your stay There are two houses on the property, where you will stay in the back house, which is 75 meters from the front house where we as a family stay. Other things to note Other guests may be present. We try to use gas/energy sparingly during this period and therefore focus on the rooms with heating. Electric heaters are provided in the rooms. Please use energy with care. Upon departure, turn off the electric heating. Turn it off at night as well. Do not touch the controls of the central heating!
