Two bedrooms with mezzanine, disabled bathroom, party room with accessibility ramps, 4x9 swimming pool, barbecue, women's and men's changing room, children's playground, space for a campfire. Farm 5 km from downtown Santa Isabel. The space Space fully planned for family moments! We have some seasonal fruit trees, jackfruit, star fruit, jaboticaba, mango, avocado and banana. Also in the outdoor area, just for enjoyment, some chickens and ducks, a playground fenced for safety, hammocks and a space for a campfire. Two bedrooms with mezzanine are available, both with double beds, single beds and fans. Our party room has 60 meters of enclosed area and 60 meters of open balcony. It has a barbecue, stove, refrigerator, microwave, freezer and cabinets with everything you need to spend pleasant days. Next to the pool we have 2 changing rooms, a men's with a toilet, urinal and shower and a women's with 2 toilets, sink, changing table and shower. There's still a sink on the locker room door. In the pool area, there are 4 tables with 4 chairs each, sun umbrellas, and sun loungers. Security cameras and availability for 5 cars. Other things to note Moderate sound during the day and after 10 p.m.! No car sound and offensive music!!! Leave all utensils stored for the checklist. You must bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and detergent, as well as bed linens and pillows. Children must always be accompanied by an adult, especially on the balconies. It is strictly forbidden to throw garbage and cigarette butts around the farm.
