Charming townhouse located on the outskirts of Liège, next to the Chartreuse Park. Quiet and nice neighborhood for walking. Local shops: Spar, bookstore, butcher, bakery (150 m maximum) Nearby and frequent means of transport to access the center of Liège. (Line 21 > 100 m and Line 4 > 600 m) The space Fully renovated accommodation, on 3 levels: On -1: courtyard access, laundry room, play area (cellar) On the ground floor: entrance hall, living room/kitchen On the 1st floor: landing, bedroom 1, bathroom with toilet, bedroom 2 with desk area and dressing area. Fully-equipped kitchen. Sofa bed for 2 people (sheets available only on request) Bedroom 1 > bunk bed Bedroom 2 > double bed This is a small accommodation of about 70 m², limited to 4 people. In some cases (family), we can accept 2 additional people, please contact us. A supplement of €5/person/day will be charged (unless child < 12 years old) NOTE: The courtyard is shared with the neighboring accommodation. This is a small common area, convenient for drying your laundry, enjoying a barbecue in summer or simply sitting down to smoke out of sight. Please respect the neighborhood and ensure everyone's peace and quiet. Guest access The property is fully accessible for guests Only three cabinets are locked, as they contain cleaning equipment. (in the bathroom, in the kitchen and in the laundry room) Please do not attempt to open them. Other things to note The accommodation works with a lock box. The code you received (3 days before your arrival) is valid only for the duration of your stay. When you leave, just close the door behind you; the system locks automatically. No key return is required.
