This policy helps us maintain a respectful environment and protect our properties, following a few past incidents. All bond will be requested on airbnb platform The bond amount guideline per stay is: • $500 for bookings with 1-2 bedrooms property, or • $1,000 for bookings with 3 bedrooms or more property • up to $2000 sometimes for guests under 26 years old or for mansion or high value properties The bond is an important part of Airbnb bookings as it ensures guests respect our quiet hours and no-party policy, protecting the comfort of our neighbors.
