The main level features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & powder room, a roomy open plan with dining area and living room with vaulted ceiling, gas peninsula fireplace, smart TV, and a modern gourmet fully equipped kitchen that extends into an outdoor covered terrace lounge area and BBQ. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of the small and large appliances, utensils, and complimentary chocolates, spices, olive oil, tea & coffee. Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace taking in the views of the iconic Muskoka granite rocks and the peaceful pond at the 10th tee. Upstairs, the kids’ large loft area features two bunk beds, an XL writing desk, an activity table and lounge chairs, a smart TV, Xbox, and Kinect games. The second open loft area features a sofa bed, an ideal spot for reading, chess, and yoga. The walkout basement w/ heated floors throughout, features an additional living area, a 4th bedroom, a full bathroom, a wet bar (equipped with fridge and microwave), and a movie amphitheater w/ 8 lounge chairs. Step out and relax into the holistic massage XL hot tub for 9, with privacy screens and a summer outdoor shower, or cozy up next to the fire pit and enjoy the quiet evenings. During the summer days experience the landscaped terraced backyard, from the bubble chairs on the deck, and the hammock on a lower level, to the fine sand beach with lounges perfect for tanning. If not followed, the reservation will be canceled promptly, and no refund will be provided. Guest access Guests have access to all amenities unless otherwise specified during the booking process. Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property without prior notification and hosts’ approval. Our flat fee for each unregistered guest is $500. Other things to note We cannot accommodate more than 8 adults + kids. There is a $60 fee per each additional guest/night over 8 guests.
