The Villa has 3 AC en-suite bedrooms, a large AC living room that opens into a private pool and large deck with a Bar. The kitchen is fully equipped where a chef can make delicious meals (*extra charge). It is pet friendly (*extra fee). The space BR 1 - 1 Queen Bed with place to keep 2 floor mattresses, a Balcony BR 2 - 1 King Bed with place to keep 1 floor mattress, a large L shaped Balcony BR 3 - 1 Queen Bed with place to keep 2 floor mattress, 1 smart TV, opens into a small green patch area Bed 4 - A Queen sized Futon in the common landing area which can sleep 2 (not a room) Well equipped rooms with attached bathrooms that all open into nature. Comfortable space for a maximum of 13 guests. Please note there is an additional charge for more than 6 guests (1,200 / person), hence list the exact number of guests and pets in your requirement. Fully functional kitchen with all types of utensils, appliances, and crockery for small and large groups. Access to Washing Machine and Dryer (*to be operated by staff). Other things to note ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOL: We clean and turn-around the villa + pool + all common areas, between every stay. INVERTER available for any Power Outtage: Auto switch Inverter is set-up for any electricity / power outtage. All lights, fans, wifi, and plug points will work on this for 4-5 hours. However high wattage equipment like ACs, geysers, pumps, hot water kettle etc. will not work on Inverter. We do not have a Genset.
