This recently updated cottage is a mile from Cottage Lake Park and tucked away in a quiet wooded community. Enjoy all Woodinville has to offer or treat yourself to a quiet weekend away. Guests have access to a shared deck/patio area overlooking the lake (next to the main house). Access to the lake is a swampy adventure. The space The Location: Located 8 minutes from Schoolhouse District: a place of patios, tasting rooms, fireplaces, bike trails and pizzerias, but also home to 90+ rated wines, destination restaurants and shopping including Target, World Market, Home Goods, Molbak's, Eddie Bauer Outlet, etc. 11 minutes from Chateau St Michelle and the chance to explore the renowned wineries of Hollywood Hills via wine tour or outdoor concert on the estate. The Cottage: This is one of two units on the property. The cottage is a 1BR/1BA with additional pull-out full sofa bed. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together in an open concept space with tall ceilings and a deliberately organized living area. The fully equipped kitchen offers a coffee and wine bar to facilitate drip coffee for all or a steaming pour-over for you and your partner. The bathroom stays bright with a skylight in the ceiling. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a small closet to help keep your space organized and zen. Guest access Guests have access to the cottage and the outdoor patio rose garden in front of the cottage next to the road in front of the cottage. In the future, this space will be closed off from the road. For now, it is visible from the road as neighbors take their daily stroll or walk to the school bus stop. There is a wooden patio behind the main house with full view of the lake that is open for guest use for sipping wine and enjoying the view. Note: It is located next to the main house, in view of its back windows.
