Orchard cottage.

This unique place has a style all of its own. On a working orchard so you may experience ute’s, tractors spraying from time to time. Our cottage is not suitable for children. Our cottage is a 3 minute drive to the stunning Havelock North village. Beautiful views through the rows of apple trees up to Te Mata peak. So much to see only minutes from the cottage. Craggy Range winery, Arataki Honey, Birdwood Gallery, Te Mata Peak, many wineries, cycling tracks and so much more to experience. The space Very neutral, fresh, peaceful and totally relaxing. Very well appointed. Home away from home. Guest access Drive down hedge lined driveway to the Orchard cottage. We have a lockbox at the front door for easy access. Other things to note We are not fenced. Cottage is on a working orchard so may experience spraying or moving tractors. Our guests love seeing where their fruit comes from. There is an open water drain and river Which is not fenced, whence not suitable for children. Dog’s when outside must be on a leash or in the large dog kennel and run. Please may we ask that guests don’t lay on top of the white duvet and certainly no pets on the furniture or bedding. As we don’t ask a fee to bring your pets, we do ask that you pick up after your pets and if they have muddy paw marks on the outdoor area, it is your responsibility to clean these areas as cleaners don’t have time to do that as well. Pets stay for free. If you are charging your Electric Vehicle on site, please leave the appropriate cash on departure as we are having more and more people doing this. We do meter the power. If you are using the BBQ please clean. Please no colouring of hair as we have had damage to linen and vanity, carpet etc. Thank you for your understanding and enjoy your stay 🙏🌸
