Brand new thoughtfully designed 200 SQF suite for only ONE traveller -Ground entrance and entire space all to yourself -Queen size bed with comfortable mattress and bedding -Large solid wood table for working area -Bath with shower stand and toilet -Mini Kitchenette with sink, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and etc. -2 min walk to Banff Trail LRT station -Free street parking and WIFI -Check in before 9pm and quite time is 10pm to 9am next day The space -You have the entire space of studio apartment all by yourself. -You may experience light noise from other residents in this building complex. -Please adhere to our quite time from 10pm to 9 am next day -No 2nd over night guest, No pets, No parties, No open fire or candle burning, No cooking allowed. -Please do expect light noise that may come from other residents of the building complex as this is a wood framed building that noise does transfer. -If you are a light sleeper please use the ear plugs we provide to you. Other things to note -The suite has a mini kitchenette area that is stocked with microwave, plates, cutely to prepare for simple food. However, there is NO oven, NO range for cooking meals. -The suite has a smoke alarm that is fully functional. -The air is supplied through central HVAC system. Guest could not adjust the temperature in the suite. when guests feel too cold or too warm, heater and fan are provided. -We only allow one guest to stay in this mini suite. -No pets, No parties, No smoking, No open fire or stove cooking, No overnight second guests are allowed (fine $250) . -Check-in period is from 4pm to 9pm -Quiet time is from 10pm and 9am next day -Guest has entire access to this suite that there is no area shared with others. -Back yard is shared with other residents.
