Enjoy our 1 bedroom cottage located right on route 611 in West Ocean City. We are a short 10 minute drive to Assateague Island and an even shorter 3 minute drive to downtown Ocean City. We offer free boat trailer storage included with your rental as we are .25 miles from the West Ocean City public boat launch. The space This unit sleeps 3. The main bedroom has a queen size mattress and the living area couch folds out into a bed for 1 additional guest. In the kitchen there is an induction stove top, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker and dishwasher. Please note that this is a smaller space, however great care was taken to ensure that all space in the cottage was used appropriately to create comfortable living areas in each room of the house. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house as well as the outside deck and parking spaces on the property. The areas next to and behind the cottage are wooded but can be used for outdoor activities if desired. Other things to note There is a charcoal grill available for use. No charcoal, lighter fluid or lighters will be provided. As stated in the guest access portion of this listing, the lot is wooded. For fire safety reasons, we ask that you do not move the grill off of the stoned area it is on.
