Our House: This is a Self Serviced house. It is not all inclusive. We provide essential items to ensure you have a hassle-free start to your stay. Do remember this is self-serviced accommodation, where guests, cater for their own housekeeping and catering costs. If items need replacing during your stay, you will need to replace them. For Your Stay: We provide laundered & linens, towels, tea towel, bathmat, kitchen cloth for your stay. If you require us to provide clean sets during your stay we can. We provide tea, coffee, coffee maker, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, washing up liquid, dish washer tablets, body wash, shampoo & hand wash, and most importantly great ‘free’ wifi for use throughout your stay. Essential Arrival Supplies: We also provide ‘Essential Arrival Supplies’ such as toilet, kitchen towel papers & bin bags. These are Self-Serviced items and if they require replenishment during your stay you will need to replace them. If they do not run out during your stay you do not need to replace them. We will replace the used ones after your stay. Washer & Dryer Machines: There are separate washing & drying machine for your use. These are situated in the house garage. There is no charge for using these. You will need to provide washing machine tablets or liquid. House – General Info: The dimensions are, inside – 200m² (2,200sq feet). The House is maintained by our Housekeeper, who prepares it immediately after the guests check out and it’s therefore available at short notice. We use a safe key system for storing the house key, which means you have no hassle access regardless of your time of arrival. We provide a short video (link) after booking, which shows ‘How This Works’. We are available 24/7 if you have any urgent needs, which you must address immediately. We provide full mobile, email and contact details once you’ve booked the house. We’re always looking forward to hosting great people. Email us if you require additional information or have budget challenges, which need support. Guest access The house is located in Waregem, near Kortrijk and Ghent. Our aim is to provide you with a fantastic home-from-home experience. Access is through a private front door, which leads you directly into the house. Once inside the house you’ll find the rooms are situated on two (2) stories, ground & first floor. It is straightforward to move around when you are inside. Those with restricted mobility may find it difficult to access the bedrooms & bathroom, which are located on the first floor. Do please ask for details. Access to the house is obtained through a key, which is stored in a key safe close to the front door and easily accessible for guests. We provide 1 key for your stay. You have unlimited use of the key safe. We recommend you use the key safe to store the key during your stay. Details for these are provided once the booking is confirmed and well in advance of your visit. Other things to note We provide one (1) set of house keys for your use during your stay. You have unlimited and sole use of the Key Safe throughout your stay. If members of your group need to access the house at different times during the day or night, we recommend placing the keys in the Key Safe to make this easy. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide more than one key. Always remember to take the keys with you when stepping outside. People sometimes, intentionally or unintentionally, close the door without the keys and lock themselves out. In such cases, a locksmith must be called, and you will be responsible for all associated costs. We turn the heating off when the house is unoccupied. This prevents unnecessary energy wastage, as homes continuously lose heat through walls, windows, and roofs. The central heating is very efficient and usually warms the house within 15–30 minutes. The house is available for short, medium or long-term letting and ideally suits businesspeople, visitors, small groups or families with young babies or children on holiday. You can book for short, medium and long-term rental periods. We really don’t mind. This house is not available for parties or gathering during your stay, please do not book it if this is your requirement. If you do have a requirement for a family gathering do please discuss.
