Parks, qualitative shops, cafés, pubs, big shopping centers, famous sights are located nearby. The flat is located on the 1st floor and there is also an elevator. It has a balcony with a table and 2 chairs for 2 person. A big sofabed stands in the combined living/bedroom, which has been set to be comfortable for sleeping for 2 person.
