Romantic getaway at West Residence

A beautifully presented, one bedroom flat with balcony with city views located on a quiet residential area of West Residence. Kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare your desired dishes, and we cannot forget the romantic settings of the master bedroom that features a king size (180 cm wide bed) with plenty of storage in the dresser. Gorgeous bathroom with walk in shower and if needed, there is a top-quality washer that works as a dryer as well. Ideal for couples of groups/ families or groups of up to 4 guests that can enjoy city views through the floor to ceiling windows that in seconds, they can make instant darkness and privacy by our electric window blades on the entire property. Air conditioning and private heating unit will guarantee maximum conform through the whole year. As well, there is large reserved parking close to our building. Guest access You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm ! Other things to note - The flat capacity is for 4 people, no additional guests allowed. - Government ID will be collected through a check in from before arrival for security reasons - Finally, please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters, TV , oven ) when you leave the apartment!
