Relax at this 1915 two-story home just a few minutes' walk to the vibrant downtown scene of Chelsea. The concierge, Robert, is sharing this quaint vintage home IN WHICH HE LIVES. Enjoy the Common Grille Restaurant or BBQ 52 before attending Jeff Daniel’s Purple Rose Theatre. It’s a short drive to the hiking trails, mt. biking routes, and picturesque kettle lakes of the Waterloo and Pinckney State Recreation Areas. In the morning, grab a coffee & croissant at Agricole Farmstop! The space Wood trim and hardwood floors adorn this charming early 20th Century home situated on a quiet street. Take your coffee to the front porch and wave to passersby, or retreat to the back patio and enjoy the activity at the bird feeder. This is an old house. The max indoor temp in winter is 65 degrees. Bring slippers and a sweater. If you’re not a winter person this may not be the place for you. Guest access The bedroom (upstairs) includes a comfortable double bed, a walk-in closet and a large dresser. There is plenty of room for your stuff. Take advantage of the upstairs office if you need to spread out. The full bath (shared) includes a shower and a claw-tub. You are welcome to hang out in the dining or living rooms. Please utilize the refrigerator and the microwave. There is a washer/dryer in the basement, or you can hang your clothes out on the line. During your stay Please understand that this is not a vacant-house rental; you'll be staying with Robert. All bedrooms are on the second floor; and we do share the upstairs Full-Bath as it contains the only shower. You will be the only guest(s) at the residence. Other things to note A parking permit is required to park in the street (I’ll take care of that for you). You will be receiving a one-page wash to follow Guide after booking. This is an old house. In winter the max indoor temp is 65 degrees. If you are not a winter person, this may not be the place for you.
