The Tiny Brickhouse was built in 2014 featuring an exterior brick façade, traditional Capiz sliding windows and old Yakal & Narra hardwood decor. In 2022, the space was remodeled to include modern amenities without compromising the old elements of the original design. With its close proximity with the major establishment around Irosin, the house was strategically designed as a comfortable retreat for guests visiting on business trip or families touring nearby springs, falls & beach resorts. The space Our vacation home is a fusion of modern provincial home situated beside St. Martin De Porres Chapel. It boasts airconditioned spaces both in the bedroom and the main living area; 2 bathrooms with water heater; fully functioning kitchen w/ bar and dining area ; Smart TV room; and office desk perfect for couples or family who values privacy, intimacy and quality time. 5 min walk from LCC Dept Store 2 min walk from Irosin Public Market 1 min walk from Hospital, Municipal Hall & Banks 15 min drive to hot and cold springs Guest access The town of Irosin promotes weekend "Saod" or Street Fair along M. Roxas St. right in front of the Tiny Brickhouse. From Friday evening to Sunday afternoon, the streets are filled with vendors selling various goods from fruits, vegetables, plants, home essentials and clothing. During this time guests are provided gated parking space about 75 meters from the property. On weekdays, visitors can opt to use the street parking area in front of the house. Tiny Brickhouse also has an entryway leading to the chapel although the gate is locked for privacy purposes. The door can be opened for ventilation as the guest pleases. Other things to note Amenities include free Wifi that can be used for Netflix and video streaming but the connection in the area is dependent of the weather, strength of signal from the cell sites and other factors. If guests intend to work in the premises, be sure to have a back up internet to ensure business continuity. The town experiences occasional power interruption due to repairs and maintenance. For your safety, security cameras are installed outdoors and in the main living area. The plug may be pulled from the camera inside the house to ensure your privacy during your stay.
