Casa Bruni, a rustic vacation home, offers you all the comforts you need for an enjoyable experience. It is ideal for guests who want to enjoy nature and privacy, while being close to the conveniences of town. The cabin offer basic internet. The space One bedroom with double size bed and onother with two twin size beds. Our open air shower will amaze you. The house is rustic, comfortable and beautiful. While we don't have AC, large windows and overhead fans keep the house comfortably cool. Guest access You have access to the entire property including pool and private parking area. Other things to note - It is absolutely prohibited to recharge your electric car in the property as benefit is not included in the price. Doing so without authorization will incur in a $50 charge. - You will be traveling to the South Caribbean; it is hot and humid; full of wildlife, including a large variety of bugs. - We offer a basic Mifi service; not apt for work purposes as it is not powerful enough but will provide you with enough speed for social media, text, email, etc You can check emails, texts, social media; the basics. Please note that it loses connectivity due to the location, so the property is recommended for people who want to disconnect and enjoy a few days away from the internet. - Pre-approval required for children under 6 years old. - The pool is 1.6 meters deep all across and it is not fenced so children supervision is a must at all times. - To be mindful of our neighbors; parties and loud noise such as loud speakers are not allowed, especially at night. - There are two security cameras outside, one pointing away toward the pool/patio and the other pointing toward the front door steps. We do not access them during guests stays unless the system sends repeated warnings about movement in middle of the night (2:00 am for example). We want to make sure you're safe at all times. There are no cameras, or listening devices inside the house. - Pets are not allowed. STAY SAFE. Protect yourselves. Personal safety starts with self-awareness; please practice caution. - Drinking and driving and drinking and partying are never good. - If you go to a bar protect your drink at all times. - Never walk alone especially in dark locations. - Do not bring strangers with you; they may be cute but that's probably all you know about them. - Do not get in a car with a stranger unless it is public transportation, and even then, exercise caution. - For your own safety, absolutely no parties are allowed in the property. Alcohol is the archenemy of safety. Puerto Viejo is a wonderful place to visit and enjoy, but as anywhere else, it is not without crime, so please, always be mindful of your surroundings and whom you interact with. Never leave valuables unattended. Our neighbors are building a cabin so there may be some construction noise.
