Cosy En-suite Lodge near Newark on Trent

Bracken Heights Lodge is a Tiny House on wheels set on our nine-acre glamping site near Newark-on-Trent. The eco-friendly wooden lodge has a kitchen with breakfast bar, a lounge with smart TV and bathroom with shower and eco-toilet. There are two cosy, low-ceiling lofts; one has a fixed double bed, the other has a futon that can sleep an extra guest upon request. Enjoy a private outdoor space with barbeque, picnic table and inflatable Lay-Z-Spa hot tub available for an additional fee. The space NO GUEST SERVICE FEES! as all AirBnB fees absorbed by the host. Kitchen: Bracken Heights has a full kitchen with oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Tea and coffee is provided. Dining: There's a two-seater breakfast bar where you can dine with views of our rural glamping site. The breakfast bar doubles as a work-space with wifi access. Lounge: Enjoy a two-seater sofa and Smart TV. Bedroom: There are two cosy sleeping lofts with a ceiling height of 1.35metres, accessed by ladders. The main, enclosed loft has a full double bed while the second is a games loft with futon that can accommodate an extra guest upon request. However, due to the steep ladders, we don't allow guests under 10 years old. Bathroom: Bracken Heights has a full-size hot-water shower, sink and a high-end eco-composting toilet, the Separatte Villa 9000. Outdoors: Enjoy a private garden space with picnic table, barbeque and decking with extra table and chairs and lighting. There's a private inflatable Laz-Y-Spa hot tub off the deck which you can request for an additional fee (we've found that some guests don't use the hot tub during their stay and would prefer to have this as an added extra). You'll of course have access to our entire glamping field too, which includes a communal fire-pit, woodland walk and bee hives. Location: Bracken Heights lies on our family-run glamping site, BrackenXcapes. We're just a 10-minute drive from the historic market town of Newark-on-Trent and a short walk to the River Trent. Sherwood Forest, home of Robin Hood, the National Trust Site Clumber Park and Newark Showground are all on our doorstep. Nottingham is a 45-minute drive from our site and Lincoln is just 20 minutes away. Heating: Underfloor heating, insulation and a heated towel rail in the bathroom will keep you toasty in all seasons. Guest access The entire unit is exclusively yours, including the outside space with picnic table, BBQ and hot tub (should you choose to add it). There's secure parking with a lockable gate at BrackenXcapes glamping site and you'll find the keys to the lodge in a lockbox. You'll also have access to the whole glamping site, including a young apple orchard, a woodland walk with recently planted trees and a communal firepit perfect for making s'mores. Other things to note For your safety and peace of mind, we don't allow guests under 10 years old to stay at Bracken Heights due to the steep ladders and open sleeping lofts.
