Artist's studio with quiet, sunny balcony

The space Beautiful, sunny and quiet appartement in one of Paris' best hoods, "South Pigalle", the foothill of Montmartre. Very connected to many Metro lines, and the proximity of the hub Gare du Nord trian station, it is easy access from Paris' airports and the fast European rail network such as Eurostar. Other things to note The appartement is a real gem, high up, sunny balcony, and absolutely quiet to sleep! Almost "too good to be true" in such a lively neighborhood of Paris. ONLY don't forget, that in order to be high up near the sun... you must be ready to WALK up to the fifths floor! If you travel with heavy suitcases, get ready for some exercise:) One more thing: the building is being repainted, and a scaffolding has been set up. On some weekdays through working hours, there could be noises from the painters. Please excuse this in advance.
