This Farm House hosts two private bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths. A beautiful view of the expansive countryside can be enjoyed while grilling on the porch. This awesome space is only 15 min drive from Troy (231) & 22 min drive from 331 in Luverne. The space The cottage is located on County Road 2243 nestled under the pines. The front porch welcomes you as a place to rest, rock and reflect. Bring your cards or board games and engage in a little competition outside while enjoying the scenery & fresh air. In the evenings the night sky is remarkable! Turn out the lights and enjoy star gazing for hours!!! This Farm House sleeps 6. It host an open spacious living area, fully stocked kitchen, and dining area. Enjoy the luxury of lounging and watching a Smart TV on the couch! For your convenience there is a 1/2 bath and full laundry room right off the kitchen area. To the right of the kitchen is the master suite. It houses a king size bed, Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom . This bathroom encompasses a stunning large tile shower with glass door. The master suite also has its own private entrance and porch for your enjoyment. Across the living room is the guest bedroom that hosts two queen beds. This bedroom also has a en-suite bathroom with shower and tub unit. Enjoy the Smart TV as you chill in the bed or relax and read in the swivel chair. This living space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying family time. Parking is available in front of the cottage for all guests. Please DO NOT park off asphalt drive. We do not want to damage septic system or lines. Dining is only minutes away. The Old Barn Restaurant is located approximately two miles up the same county road. It is open from 4 pm to 8 pm Thursday-Saturday and serves country homemade cooking on Sundays from 11 am- 2 pm. The Old Barn has won the award for Alabama's Best Steak and the Best Catfish award for Alabama. This location would be perfect for long term Corporate rental, an overnight hunting trip, a stop on the way to the beach, ball tournament, or a TU football game or event. Guest access Guests will enjoy the amazing front porch with outdoor furniture to enjoy the serenity of Country Life. Free parking spaces available in the front of the cottage. Back Porch hosts a grill and beautiful view. The guest have the entire house. No area is shared. No Pets allowed on premises. No smoking inside. Please do not throw cigarette butts down on the ground. Park only on asphalt. Other things to note -NO Animals ALLOWED!!!
