Urban Oasis In Downtown Waco Located in the historic Behrens building, this newly-renovated loft condo is a short walk from Magnolia Market, Spice Village, interesting shops & restaurants and about a mile Baylor’s campus. The loft has a great industrial vibe - brick walls, exposed pipes, concrete floor, etc., yet was decorated with comfort in mind - designer sheets, king-sized beds, and a fully appointed kitchen. We are also only 15 minutes to Waco Surf. Additionally, this condo is only a mile from Baylor's campus making it a great place to stay for games, graduation, and other college events. After a fun day sampling all that Waco offers, return to your own oasis where king-sized beds, designer sheets and towels, and spacious accommodations await. Either cook at home in the well-appointed kitchen, dining at a table for eight made from the bottom of a boxcar or walk to one of the many surrounding restaurants. Although brick walls are in place of shiplap, a famous couples’ company designed the finish out of this newly renovated condominium. This spot is perfect for girls’ weekends, couples in for a game, or families visiting their Baylor Bear. Other things to note A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building. There is an extra fold out twin bed mattress located in the master closet. The sofa does fold out in the living room as well. For Coffee - we have both a plain coffee maker, as well as a Keurig for which we provide some pods and sweetener. The Balcony is very small and for lookout purposes only. The living room tv is a Smart TV with Streaming Apps no cable. Families - we do have a pack and play available if requested! This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area. Must be 21 or older to book.
