Hi, welcome to my beloved studio, located centrally between the main station (walking distance( and the Oktoberfest (5' waliking distance). There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, tram and subway stations, etc. nearby. The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator); the staricase is not too pretty but the studio is.
