The space NAMELY: - You benefit from a private entrance, with a completely self check-in, thanks to a key box. - There are no windows in the accommodation, to guarantee complete privacy and a cocooning and romantic atmosphere. - The spa jets are currently not functional. Two caches are missing in the background, lost by a customer. On the other hand, the bubbles work as well as all the rest of the equipment. Since the bubbles are the ones that make the most turmoil, it doesn't spoil the experience. You can see it in our customer reviews. -When you leave, we'll take care of everything. You just have to drop off the key where you picked it up. - The space is designed for two adults, so it's not possible to bring a child or third person. - the co-ownership regulations prohibit air conditioning, so you will find a fan to cool off. - For obvious safety reasons, we prohibit the use of candles or other flammable objects. - Cleaning of the hot tub circuit takes place very regularly, it is a strong product that can give off an odor during the restart as well as residues. Just rinse the water and refill it, it shouldn't happen again. We are obliged to carry out this cleaning very regularly, the few possible residues, in no way prevent the use of the spa. - Following the request of a large number of guests, the accommodation is non-smoking. The entrance door opens into the courtyard, allowing you to smoke directly in front of the property. - The accommodation includes an indoor hot tub that can generate high humidity. Despite regular maintenance and the provision of operating and ventilation instructions, traces of moisture may be visible from time to time, in particular near the mirror or the front door, as well as at height on the ceilings (above 3 m). These elements are known, do not alter the safety of the accommodation or the comfort of the stay. Guest access The property is completely private. A lockbox is at your disposal, allowing you to arrive whenever you want from 3 p.m., until noon at the latest, the next day. You are thus completely independent.
