Cozy small private loft in a brick Victorian era home in Portland’s West End. The Old Port is only a 7 min walk away. The building is by Harbor View Memorial Park, Casco Bay bridge that connects Portland with South Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Scarborough, beaches and parks. Portland was named “City of the Year” in 2018 in Bon Appetit. Please note that bathroom/ shower are small. The apartment might not be suitable for tall individuals or elderly people due to steep stairs and slanted ceiling. The space This space has a queen size bed with memory foam mattress. 50” smart HD TV with Roku TV with YouTube TV with top channels. There is a heat pump system in the bedroom that is powerful enough to cool or heat the entire apartment. There a electric boards in the bedroom and kitchen as a back heating system in the winter. Please note that the bathroom is small with a fairly small walking-in shower, completely renovated. Fully equipped kitchen with basic items. Street parking without meters. Might be scarce in the summer months. We are not guaranteeing parking. There is a paid parking garage 1 block away. Bus service is available. Guests share the main common hallway for entrance to the building. Guest access The apartment is private with entrance from a second floor hallway. Unlimited access to the whole apartment. Limited building access to the entrance hall and common hallway on the second floor. Be aware that there are narrow steep stairs leading to the second floor hallway and into the apartment and might not be suitable for elderly people. Guests share the main common hallway for entrance to the building. Other things to note Might not be suitable for elderly people. Please consider that when booking
