(Exclusive) Luxury Villa Moderne

We are a couple of architects, we designed this villa with a clean design that is fully thought out and studied We will be happy to welcome you in person (maximum 16 people in the evening and 10 at night) and remain at your disposal throughout your stay. We live on the street. (No party, no portable speaker). The space The villa has a large living room with great comfort. You will have access to our fully equipped open kitchen. The dining room table can seat up to 12 people. A large single table is located on the terrace opposite the kitchen. On the ground floor, a bedroom with bathroom is furnished. The master suite on the 1st floor is equipped with a double bed, a private loggia and bathroom. Two other bedrooms upstairs are at your disposal. A 30 m² terrace and a large bathroom with bathtub are near these rooms. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms have personalized furniture and decor. A baby chair and electric swing are also available upon request. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, Nespresso machine (with capsules), kettle, blender, ice maker, oven, microwave etc. The barbecue is in the garden with a coffee table, garden sofa and armchairs. You can cast your YouTube or other apps on a big screen in the living room with good sound. It is strictly forbidden to bring speakers (the speakers installed are already powerful). You have access to Wi-Fi throughout the villa. To ensure the comfort and well-being of all, our house has a limited capacity of 10 people: 3 double beds, two single beds in one room, a sofa bed in the living room. Our capacity, during the day and in the evening, can exceptionally be 16 people for weekends with an extra fee. If you are more people, we invite you to opt for another accommodation. For events, family dinner, seminars, bachelorette parties, baby showers, contact your host to specify details, number of people, etc. Please let us know the maximum number of guests in the evening in your message. Our priority is to ensure that every stay in our villa is pleasant and comfortable for each of our guests. For filming, photo shoots, interviews etc. also to be specified by message before booking. Parties are strictly forbidden as well as confetti balloons. The villa is located in a residential area, surrounded by neighboring houses. A smart facial recognition camera is installed, overlooking the entrance to the property and another at the entrance to the house to avoid exceeding the number of people and not to monitor you. Linen, towels, shampoo, etc. will be provided during your stay. Usually there are 2-3 parking spaces in front of the villa and others on the street further away, it is very important to park properly. The house with its exteriors is limited to a maximum of 16 people during the day and evening, including service providers. For malicious people, we kindly ask that you refrain from any discreet party or exceeding the number of people allowed. For rentals of more than a week or systematic filming, rates can be negotiated. Thank you and see you soon :) Guest access The villa is a 6-minute walk from the RER D train station, with direct connection to the center of Paris in 25 minutes. Orly Airport is 12 km away. Leclerc shopping center and other shops are 900 m away. There are multiple walks, parks and greenways to do nearby. Other things to note The villa is cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. All bedding and towels are washed at a temperature of at least 65°C. High-touch surfaces are disinfected (such as countertops, light switches, doorknobs, and faucets)
