(Exclusive) Luxury Villa Montgeron

We are a couple of architects, we designed this villa with a clean design completely thought out and studied We will be happy to welcome you in person (maximum 16 people in the evening and 10 at night) and remain at your disposal throughout your stay. We live on the street. (No DJ, no portable speaker). The space The villa has an extensive living room with great comfort. You will have access to our fully equipped open kitchen. The dining table can accommodate up to 12 people. There is also a large table on the terrace in front of the kitchen. On the ground floor a bedroom with bathrooms is furnished. The master suite on the 1st floor is equipped with a double bed, a private loggia and sanitary facilities. Two other bedrooms upstairs are at your disposal. A 30m2 terrace and a large bathroom with bathtub are near these bedrooms. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms have custom furniture and decor. A baby chair and electric swing are also available upon request. The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, Nespresso machine (with capsules), kettle, blender, ice dispenser, oven, microwave etc. The barbecue is in the garden, along with a coffee table, garden sofa and armchair. You can cast your YouTube or other apps on a big screen in the living room with good sound. Strictly prohibited to bring back speakers (installed speakers are already powerful). You have access to wifi distributed throughout the villa. To ensure the comfort and well-being of all, our house has a limited capacity of 10 people: 3 double beds, two single beds in one room, a sofa bed in the living room. Our capacity, during the day and in the evening, can exceptionally be 16 people for weekends. If there are more of you, we invite you to opt for another place to stay. For events, family dinner, seminars, EVJF, Baby Shower, contact your host to clarify details, number of people etc. Please specify the maximum number of guests and service providers for the evening in your message. Our priority is to ensure that every stay in our villa is as pleasant and comfortable as possible for each of our guests. For filming, photo shoots, interviews, etc., please also specify by message. We accept filming that is properly supervised and subject to specific schedules. However, any filming carried out without prior notice will result in immediate termination of the contract. Noisy parties are strictly forbidden. The villa is located in a suburban neighborhood, surrounded by neighboring houses. A facial recognition smart camera is installed, seen on the entrance of the property and another at the entrance of the house to avoid any overrun of people and not to monitor you. Linens, towels, shampoos, etc. will be provided during your stay. Generally there are 2-3 parking spaces in front of the villa and others on the street further away, it is very important to park properly. The house with its exteriors is limited to a maximum of 16 people during the day and evening including the service providers. Bringing in additional tables or chairs is also prohibited. For malicious people, we kindly ask you to refrain from any discreet parties or to exceed the number of people allowed. For rentals over a week or systematic shoots, rates can be negotiated. Thank you and see you soon:) Guest access The villa is a 6-minute walk from the RER D train station, with direct connection to the center of Paris in 25 minutes. Orly Airport is 12 km away. Leclerc shopping center and other shops are 900 m away. There are multiple walks, parks and greenways to do nearby. Other things to note The villa is cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. All bedding and towels are washed at a temperature of at least 65°C. High-touch surfaces are disinfected (such as countertops, light switches, doorknobs, and faucets)
