Our single-level apartment is just six steps from the street to your front door, with no further stairs inside, ensuring easy access for all. Upon entering, you'll find a welcoming space where you can leave shoes behind and step into comfort. The entryway, equipped with a console table, leads to a sunlit living/dining area. Here, a cozy couch, 50" smart TV, and a dining table for four await, alongside a dedicated workspace for those remote work sessions. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious California King bed, another desk for productivity, ample closet space, a dresser, and a luggage rack for your convenience. Further along, the kitchen offers all you need for home-cooked meals, followed by a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, ensuring restful nights. The bathroom, located at the apartment's rear, provides a relaxing soak or shower, complemented by complimentary toiletries. Outside, a laundry area leads to the driveway and parking, with steps descending to the parking area. Electronic keyless pad at the front door and the rear door to access the house with a code specific to you for the length of your stay. Code will be messaged to guest 72 hours before check-in. If your booking is last min, send host a message to provide you an emergency door code. Parking - 1 Off Street parking spot available Maximum occupancy of 4 guests is enforced. You are welcome to have visitors but NO PARTIES allowed - max visitors - 4. The laundry area in the back is shared with guests staying in the other units. Other things to note There are 2 ring doorbell cameras (one at each entrance to the home) which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors. There is an apartment upstairs, occupied by one very quiet person. The detached cottage in the back has a parking space. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit and also available for booking.
