We are located 1.9 miles away from University of Idaho campus and 9 miles from WSU's campus. We have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our kitchen is fully equipped - Pots, pans, utensils, pantry basics (lots of spices, oil, flour/sugar, basic food stuffs, etc.) to ensure you can cook and enjoy your stay. Dining room has a table for 6. We keep two highchairs at the home. One is a standard Graco padded chair and the other is a fold up camp style. Living area has a 4K HD Roku TV. Relax and watch local news and free streaming TV and guest mode to log into any streaming service of your choosing. Living area has a comfy couch and sofa, great for relaxing and enjoying time together. A desk located in the SE living room corner allows for an easy place to do work. Puzzles, books and a few board games are also stashed in the living room. Washer/dryer in laundry room is stocked with ironing board/iron, etc. Bedrooms have multiple pillow options of various firmness/type. Bedroom 1, located on the main floor has a Queen Bed, closet clothing storage. Bedroom 2 located on the main floor has 2 Twin Beds and both closet and dresser clothing storage. Bedroom 3 is the entire 2nd floor and has 2 Twin Beds, desk area, dresser and hanging clothing storage. Please note that this bedroom is cooled primarily with fans during the summer. Bathroom has a Tub/shower combo and a tall toilet and is located on the main floor. The living room has a large gas fireplace and AC/Heat ductless unit that maintains the temperature on the main floor year-round. During winter months and for guests with children, we do place a very sturdy fire gate/guard to ensure safety. The fireplace is turned off from June-August. Space heaters and fans are utilized for the upstairs/3rd bedroom. HUGE backyard, BBQ, outside seating of a picnic table and extra chairs. Family friendly - always at the home are: bassinets(2), baby carrier, baby blankets, towels, utensils, highchairs (2), Toddler/youth cot. Our horse, mule, cattle or sheep may be present in the pasture during your stay. Space in the driveway allows for an RV/ trailer or additional vehicle to park comfortably; including large work trucks. We do occasionally access the separate shop and pasture during farming season and to care for livestock.
