The space Our apartment welcomes you with a cozy living room featuring a double sofa bed. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dining table and flat-screen TV, perfect for your dining needs. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, full-length mirror, and clothing rack. The bathroom is meticulously clean and fully stocked, ensuring a comfortable stay. We wanted to let you know about something important before your stay. Unfortunately, there is ongoing construction happening right in front of the balcony. This may cause some noise during the day and partially block the view. NOTE: We’re extremely disappointed about this situation, as it’s outside of our control, but we believe it’s important for you to be fully informed before your arrival. We always want our guests to have clear expectations and feel comfortable. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know, from how to enter using the lockbox to tips on using the amenities. The guide is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable. Other things to note • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A FINE WILL APPLY if this rule is violated. • Before checking out, please dispose of all trash to help us maintain a clean and pleasant space. • We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything additional, nearby shops are available. • If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately.
