There is off street parking for 4 cars with 2 underneath the private carport. Although the property is privately tucked away in this beautiful escape, the home is only a short stroll to Bells at Killcare to grab your coffee, paper, and pastries or a couple minutes drive down to Putty and Killcare beaches and Hardy"s Bay caf and restaurant precinct. Overlooking and connected to the world-renowned Bouddi National Park coastline, enjoy a 20-minute bush walk from the front door to the stunning Maitland Bay beach - a hidden oasis that never fails to impress! *Pets - small dogs non-shedding allowed upon request. No more than 2 dogs, they must be house-trained and are not allowed on furniture or beds. Owners must clean up after their dogs before departure and must bring their own dog-bedding.
