Family lives in main floor so not a party house, but great place for up to 4 to stay and relax. Bedroom one has a Queen & twin. Bedroom 2 bed is full size. Some rooms have pitched ceilings that are a bit short in some places. Street parking only. No kids / pets. The space Unit has Wi-Fi and Roku TV. It has a stackable washer / dryer combo in the hallway to the kitchen. The 2 rooms are private with a door connecting them and access from the hall and kitchen. There is closet space w hangars and shelves with towels. Bathroom is small but nice. Shower has glass door. Guest access Follow the path on the right side of the home (not the driveway side) to access the stairs to the BnB. There is a gate but it will be open on your check-in day. Guests will have access to the outdoor 2nd story deck and the entire upstairs of the home. Other things to note There is a small blue recycle bin. Basic cleaning supplies are under the kitchen sink. All basic utensils are in kitchen drawers. Glasses in cupboards. Coffee mugs and accessories (creamers, sugar packs, stevia packs) are above the butcher block on the wall.
