Baci Baci overlooks one of Port Douglas' premiere golf courses and only minutes from the beach, this spacious home is set on a large 1,200 sqm allotment of land overlooking the 5th fairway from a corner position so only one neighbouring property. Uninterrupted golf course and mountain views. Large bifold doors open out onto an out door living area for all day alfresco dining with a plumbed in gas BBQ cooking area. The heated swimming pool with picture postcard views of the stunning mountain backdrop invite swimming all year round. A 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom layout with an elevated kitchen overlooking the lounge area takes centre stage under soaring cathedral ceilings. On the left are 2 spacious bedrooms divided by a ensuite bathroom with a soak tub, seperate shower and two vanities. On the adjacent side there are two master bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and generous walk in robes. The two back rooms overlook the golf course and the heated swimming pool. Note: . There are two steps up at the entry and two steps down into the main living area of Baci Baci. . Gateway to the Great Barrier Reef Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the lock up garage, however, the driveway is circular behind remote controlled gates and gives undercover access allowing protected entry through the large double front doors with parking either side for another 4 cars. Beautiful Four Mile Beach is just a short stroll away, as is Sea Temple Resort restaurant open to the public for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Four Mile Fish and Chippery and a Bottle Shop is close by. Also close by in the other direction you can find the IGA supermarket, pharmacy, bottle shop, coffee shop are located adjacent to the The Habitat bird and wildlife sanctuary. There is a Tavern and the famous Beach Shack Italiana and pizza restaurant, and another great coffee shop a short walk from Baci Baci on Mitre Street to their location on Barrier Street. The world renown village of Port Douglas is only an 8 minute drive to Macrossan Street, close enough to embrace all that tropical Port Douglas has to offer with Coles, restaurants, bars, an array of boutique shops. The Crystalbrook Marina is a short leisurely stroll from Macrossan Street. If you decide not to hire a car there are shuttle services from the Cairns Airport and local Port Douglas shuttle services available. Other things to note Baci Baci is located overlooking the magnificent Palmer Sea Reef golf course and the majestic mountain range beyond. The property although not a brand new build it is beautifully presented. Some of the handles on the louvres are not replaceable - however, this will not affect your stay in any way. You will be very comfortable during your stay in this inviting coastal inspired home. Baci Baci is cleaned and presented between every guest stay to a standard by our wonderful Co-Hosts Vicki and Brad.
