WALK TO FESTIVALS! Enjoy a relaxing vacation time in this wonderful 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms home with golf course view. You have access to 3 heated pools, 3 hot tubs, tennis&bocce courts, pickle ball and a gym in the gated community and use the golf cart to get there. You will find a baby crib and toys for toddlers in the house. Our home is located close to Palm Springs (22 mi) and to the South entrance of the wonderful Joshua Tree National Park(33 mi), grocery stores are around the corner. The space This is a three bedroom, two bathroom single family house in a gated community with golf view. The garage is open for guests as well. Everything you need to feel as comfortable as possible is here, including heating and air conditioning, in-unit laundry machines, gas grill, 2 TVs, toys and wireless internet. Guest access You can use our golf cart to get around inside the gated community and get to the amenities. You can park up to two cars on the driveway. Other things to note We are not allowing any parties or more than 6 people in the house. This house is perfect for families, for couples of any age, and for everyone who wants to relax and enjoy the beautiful area of Coachella Valley. There is only room to park 2 cars as the garage has the golf cart and a foosball table. The gated community does not allow street parking. Registration details 050100
