This terraced 3 bedroom house is tucked away in a leafy cul du sac. With a large separate kitchen, a downstairs loo, open plan dining/sitting room there are French doors on to the private garden where you will find a shed and patio. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two doubles, (one with an en-suite shower room and the other has twin beds which zip link to become a king sized bed) and a family bathroom. Well-behaved pets welcome. The space Very close to the Basingstoke Canal trails and Brookwood Country Park. Two allocated parking space and ample free residential parking. Easy Access to Brookwood Station & Woking Station. Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect. Over time we have created a few processes to ensure we can deliver a high service level and a great stay for every guest. Guest access You have the run of the entire house and garden. Other things to note The master bedroom has twin beds which zip link to become a king-sized bed. Please state if you need these beds as singles or as a double when you book. We then prepare them for market (taking care of the maintenance and furnishings, the photographs and the listings) so guests like you can come and stay with us.
