Watch deer and wildlife right from the comforts of our master bedroom balcony. Enjoy staying close enough to the thrills of everything the Poconos has to offer, yet far enough to kick up your feet at the community lake or in home spa. Our home is a beautifully renovated & updated two story home with a "spa" room that includes a built in hot tub for even more relaxation. Featuring 3 large bedrooms, 2 full and 1 half bathrooms as well as large common living spaces and of course a well appointed eat-in kitchen, this place is perfect for you and your family or friends to enjoy. Nestled in a secluded, wooded neighborhood, you'll be able to watch wild life right from the comforts of our beautiful front porch. Unwind with family and friends in our in home spa and enjoy the excitements of our common space including a pool table, fireplace and TV. You’re welcome to park in our private driveway as well as use our hot tub, patio and many of the other amenities you will find on the property. We ask that you treat this home as if it was your own and we hope you’ll enjoy your stay! Our guests have access to the entire property including the driveway, hot tub, gazebo, patio and more. Children are not permitted on the porch, hot tub or yard without adult supervision. We are always available for any questions, comments or concerns before, during or after your stay! Our home is nestled in one of the most beautiful and peaceful neighborhoods in Towamensing Trails. You will be just minutes from the Towamensing Trails Lake and a short drive away to the many Pocono Mountain ski & snowboard mountains. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and family friendly. We appreciate you keeping this in mind during your stay. There are plenty of restaurants in the area to dine out and a grocery store very close if you’re looking to dine in. The house is located on the beautiful Towamensing Trails community, just minutes from Big Boulder and Jack Frost Ski Resort! Our community has 24 hour security, 7 day disposal of trash, and full time maintenance and administrative staff. The community has their our own private pool and beach, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, ball field and playground. During the summer season boats can be rented. The lake is stocked with fish periodically. (PA license is required). Currently there is a catch and release rule in effect. Private boats are allowed on the lake, as long as they are not gas powered and are registered at the Teepee Office. A 3 days notice is needed for passes to community facilities. NOTE: Pool is closed Labor Day through Memorial Day. Adjacent to the lake and pool is the Community Center. Here various recreational activities take place, such as Halloween parties for the children, Easter egg hunts, Memorial Day and Fourth of July celebrations, teen activities, flea markets, and many other events. We recommend our guests use a car to get around. We do have a driveway that can fit 2 to 3 cars that you’re welcome to use. Please no parking in the street so plan accordingly. We do have lawn care services, hot tub services and cleaning service that do visit the home as needed. Typically these visits take place mid week. We appreciate you letting them get their job done for the short period of time that they will be on the property. Please be respectful of the fact that we count on them to keep our home as beautiful as possible for our guests.
