To describe the house more precisely: 🌿 The accommodation & The property consists of two parts side by side and overlooking the same living space: the swimming pool - the main house on one level - one floor with master bedroom and rooftop terrace (optional) - a studio (ideal for teenagers) (optional) Whichever option you choose, you always occupy the villa alone: no sharing of spaces, no co-location. - The house is organized on 1 ground floor It is air-conditioned: On the ground floor 3 bedrooms with storage, a bathroom, a large living/dining with fireplace and piano, open to the fully equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators... a laundry room, a veranda Floor 1 bedroom, bathroom, library and roof terrace - The sleeping area of the main house is as follows; a first air-conditioned area of 3 bedrooms and shower room - a first large bedroom of 12 m² with storage, a 140 cm double bed, - a second large room of 25 m² separated into two sleeping spaces night spaces of 13 m² each by a fixed partition and a curtain.
