The space This split level home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the top floor, living room, dining room and kitchen on the main level, and a 4th bedroom, bathroom, and den with fireplace on the lower level. A screened in back porch comes off the den with comfortable seating a table and TV. The outdoor patio features a variety of seating, a fire pit, a bbq grill, and cafe lighting. Kiddos can enjoy a playset and trampoline in the back yard. There is also a laundry room on the bottom floor with an ironing board and iron accessible for use. Guest access You will have access to all 4 bedrooms, three of which are kid rooms. Along with the beds pictured, there is plenty of room for a pack and play or air mattress. There are table and chairs available for dining in both the designated dining room and the den on the lower floor. Garage will be locked.
